We are an engineering company found in 1993 and personally connected with 80 years tradition of Czech machine tools factories producing gear technology. The most important product our company is design and production of Gear Testers incl. CNC gear grinding machines. At the present time we have 65 employees, produce and export measuring instruments, gear generating CNC hobbing and grinding machines for European market, USA, Russia and south-east Asia. We have our partners in range of car-industry for example VW Germany, SKODA AUTO-Volkswagen Czech Republic, SEAT,Spain, PSA France, Sauer Danffoss Italy, ZF Sachs Slovakia etc.
In the range of final production we offer - Gear Testers Model DO for testing of gears and gearings:
- DO 3-PC - tested deviations of profile, helix, pitch and radial run-out. Evaluation is realized according to DIN, AGMA or ISO standards with PC protocol print-out. The testers accuracy is attested by statistic methods SW qs-stat 3.2 and VDI/VDE
- DO 0 and 1 PC - double flank gear testing and dimension over balls Mdk
- DO 2/S/K - single flank gear testing of spur, bevel and warm gearing
